Complete payment/orde
For customers that have questions regarding to their order(s).

Upon finishing your order, AMJdress.com system will atuomatically send you an confirmation e-mail that stated your order is completed. If you did not received the confirmation e-mail within 5-10 minutes, please check and make sure the billing address is matching the credit card billing address(Not the shipping address in this case). This incorrect information will sometime causes your order to be incomplete.  

What is shipping cost to my location?
We do not post shipping rate because customers may choose different types of shipping.  However, customers can figure out the shipping cost for all the available shipping methods by following easy steps.

  1. Select the amount of desired dress(es) and click "add to cart"
  2. Enter your zip (postal) code in the designated box.
  3. Click "Get a Quote".

Our system will show all the available shipping methods with the cost.

I want to pay by Money Order. What is your address?

When checking out, please specify that you will be paying by money order. When mailing your payment, please include the copy of your order detail for faster service.  Our mailing address is as below:

I am a international buyer. Can you ship to me? What is the shipping fee?
We will be happy to serve our international customers.  However, our system only allows US customers to checkout as it only recognize US.  We would like to advise our international customers to use Paypal only. Our Paypal account is: service@amjdresses.com

I am not sure about picking out correct size. What should I do?
We have a sizing chart and sizing instruction for each style. Please search the auction or product page for the chart. We strongly urge you to utilize the chart to confirm the fit. It is best to add 1-2" to your measurements to select the size that will fit.  If you are still unsure about the size, please call our customer reprensentative for the assistance.  If in case, the dress does not fit, we will gladly arrange exchange for you.

What is your exchange policy?

Please contact us via email within 72 hours after you have received your package if you would like to make an exchange. (Please see our exchange and return policy page for more details)
Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. If you like to make an exchange, original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in its original condition. If you received a damaged or if there is anything wrong with the dress, you may return it for a refund within 7 days. If you want to make an exchange, you will pay the previous shipping fee again.

What is your return policy?

Please contact us via email within 72 hours after you have received your package if you would like to make a Return.  (Please see our exchange and return policy page for more details)
If you want to make a return, original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in its original condition. We do NOT charge restocking fee if the returned item(s) is/are un-used. However, we reserved the right to charge up to 50% of the item's original price if the returned item(s) is/are used or stained. Please allow 7 days for processing of returned merchandise.
